How It Works
Planning a big event can be complicated, so we make the rental process simple.
Step 1: Use the “Book a Bar” button on our home page and/or contact us through our socials to inquire about your date. Please include your event date, event location, and contact info so we can provide the most accurate quote.
Step 2: Secure your rental by signing a Rental Agreement and making a deposit (50% of the rental fee).
Step 3: We’ll contact you about a month prior to your event to confirm final event details.
Step 4: We will deliver and set-up the bar on the morning of your event. Pick-up is typically the following morning.
Your rental includes:
Use of mobile bar and all of it’s equipment (see “Meet Our Fleet” for each bar’s included equipment)
Delivery and set-up of the bar
Pick-up
Use of included decor
Small seating area
